Oasis Beach House” is a standalone house located on the first line of the sea shore with a magnificent view of Mount Olympus, in the area of “Omonia”, three and a half kilometers from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The place is perfect for people who love both solitude and the opportunity to explore the various beaches in the area. Some of the most popular beach bars – “Mangata”, “Gyorgala” and “Aloha” – are located in close proximity. The “Gyorgala” tavern, where you can find a rich variety of dishes and perfect service, is located about 200m away.
The house has three and a half separate bedrooms, one bathroom, two toalets, a separate living room with kitchen equipped with the following appliances: refrigerator, full-size stove, espresso coffee machine, washing machine, and microwave. In front of the living room and kitchen, there is a 20 sq.m. veranda with a direct view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 – a double bed and 2 single beds (bunk beds) in an additional room;

There is a barbecue in the yard.
There is a hot tube (jacuzzi) in the yard.
There is a summer hot and cold shower in the yard.

April, May, October – 270 euros
June, after September 15 – 300 euros
July, August, until September 15 – 330 euros
Minimum rental period is 5 days.
Check-in – after 15:00, check-out – until 10:00.
Reservation deposit – 30% of the total value of the stay.
Cleaning and change of towels and sheets – once a week.
